Kairo wants people with disabilities to be able to use this website with dignity, independence, and a comparable level of access to its information and services.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design, write, build, and maintain this website. We review accessibility as the site changes and work to correct barriers that we identify or that visitors report to us.
If any part of the website prevents you from getting information or requesting a service, please contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service in an accessible alternative format and to address the underlying issue.
2. The standard guiding our work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our design and evaluation target. WCAG explains how digital content can be made more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
This is an ongoing target rather than a claim that every page and every assistive-technology combination is fully conformant. Automated testing can identify many issues, but it cannot replace manual and user testing.
3. Measures we take
Current accessibility measures include:
- semantic page landmarks, heading structure, and a skip-to-content link;
- keyboard access to navigation, links, buttons, forms, and expandable content;
- visible focus indicators for interactive elements;
- labels and native validation for form controls;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative artwork;
- color contrast considered across text, controls, and backgrounds;
- responsive layouts that support browser zoom and different screen sizes;
- reduced or paused motion when a visitor enables a reduced-motion preference;
- plain-language link names and instructions that do not rely on color alone; and
- ongoing checks when pages, components, or content are added.
4. Compatibility
The website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, unusual browser settings, or unsupported combinations may produce a less consistent experience.
The core pages use HTML and CSS. JavaScript provides navigation and optional motion or interactive demonstrations; essential company information and article content remain available without relying on those demonstrations.
5. Known limitations
This website continues to evolve. Some animated product demonstrations communicate supplementary details visually. We provide surrounding text and accessible names for their essential meaning, and we are continuing to improve their screen-reader presentation.
Services supplied by third parties - such as hosting or form processing - may have accessibility limitations outside Kairo’s direct control. We consider accessibility when selecting and reviewing providers and will offer a reasonable alternative where we can.
6. Feedback and accessibility support
We welcome reports about accessibility barriers. Email hello@kairo.ai with the subject “Accessibility feedback.” If possible, include:
- the page or feature you were trying to use;
- what happened and what you expected;
- the browser or assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
- the accessible format or assistance that would help you.
We review accessibility feedback as promptly as reasonably possible. When a barrier is confirmed, we will assess an alternative and the appropriate remediation.

We may update this statement when the website, our accessibility practices, or relevant standards change. The review date above identifies the current version.
