Please include the email address or account identifier you used with Kairo so we can locate the relevant information. Do not send us passwords or access tokens.
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify the relevant personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping purposes. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if any information must be retained.
